The images above give graphic evidence of the problems that occur during pneumatic filling through inadequate silo protection system design, combined with poor maintenance. Many of the tell tale signs are obvious - product build-up on top of the silo indicates that there is a serious problem. However many of the problems are not visible until closer inspection of key components such as the PRV or filter housing is carried out. All these pneumatic filling problems can be avoided!
